though seriously If you really wanna spend some time and brush up your medical skills then I would say
- read your ACLS, BLS provider manual...I am sure you gonna need this everyday..

- If you are looking for something case based study then NMS is a really good book..you can also searchon gooogle Library..and you will get it easily ..though some pages are missing..but good to begin with...
- Epocrates on Iphone and Maxwell are also good resources..
- uptodate will be better resource once you start your residency
- Washington Manual: if your basics are not clear...
- Pharmacopedia
- Case files for internal Medicine : good to begin with...
- Dont forget to learn Healthy cooking ..
Once I will start my Intern year, I will keep updating about books to read....
